Mislead into debt review and now they refuse to remove it
The worst experience ever. I have been fighting for months even with the CEO who was of no help to remove this nonsense that I never agreed to. I’m now having to pay lawyers to get my debt review status removed. I requested the audio recordings with me agreeing and listing the list of lies the agent promised me. Its been months and still nothing
RUN!!!!…you will regret it,trust me. Do not sign up with these ****s

There were multiple conversations about the paperwork which was duly submitted. We performed a welcome call to check your understanding of the journey. In addition, we achieved a 90% reduction in your interest rate on your loans and you would have saved significant costs through us.

I really love the nonsense you pulled when he told me it would start the following month next thing I know I’m being debited the same month and I’m now locked into a 5 year contract. You **** and trapped me in this thing.
