What a **** this company is, on the 10 September 2021, I signed up for a funeral cover for my family, never ever I missed a payment, this company decided to cancel my policy in September 2024 without notifying me, I have been trying to email and call them, sent through call back requests but still today no answer nor any formal communication, the Lady who assist me when I was signing up in Khanyisile Msizi, she not even responding to my emails, If she no longer working there, they should assigned my account to someone.
