Meerkat withholding Clearance Certificate

I finished my debt review and paid my final installment via Hyphen PDA on 25 June 2026. All my Paid Up letters have been received but Meerkat has gone completely silent. They have requested a Paid Up letter for an account that was not listed on my Form 16 and was never part of my debt review program.

They are past the legal 7-day limit to clear my profile. I have sent a formal 24-hour demand email to their DC team this morning. If my Form 19 is not issued by 09:20 AM tomorrow, a formal non-compliance complaint will be submitted directly the NCR. Please Issue my certificate immediately.
