meerkat useless as hell

Meerkat is a ****mer, they told me I never paid in December, and I must make a payment. I sent them a proof that I actually paid in December. Apparently, their system had a problem in December but instead of coming back to apologize for their mistake they claim I owe a premium in 2019. why are they only telling me now in 2024 about the premium that was missed years back.
