Meerkat Service Review

Yes I did sometime ago as they are my debt councilor. I was complaining about some of my debts which they said they would assist me on to lower installments are picking interest due to the amount they are paying so it's actually not helping. By the end of the contract I will be owing thousands of Rands as the payment doesn't cover the cost. I am just wondering how this came to be because that is not what I was expecting. Is there anything that can be done?
