Meerkat poor service

I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving from meerkat consultants since November, I changed banks and sent the new banking details via whatsapp like they requested, they never updated my new details and November the debit order didn't go off as supposed, I messaged them and asked about this, my banking details were changed but I didn't have any money left so I asked that I pay November in December as well as December's payment, I did that and specifically asked them to not let the debit order go off since I would pay for Dec via EFT, I sent through the proof of payments and received whatsapp stating they received it and have updated the system but the 23rd of December the debit order went off I have been trying to contact them ever since, no response and this is money I can't afford to lose just like that
