Meerkat Debt counselling company - poor service

I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving from Meerkat debt counselling. I have numerously requested them to cancel my debit order. They keep on calling me and sending debicheck mandates to accept. This is since the beginning of January and I am still having problems to cancel this debit order. I did not receive any documents or a type of agreement between them and myself stating that they are reducing my payments, or even a documents showing how the amounts will be distributed. I requested another company for assistance since the instalment was too high for me to afford. If they can just honour my request and cancel the debit order, I will be so glad. It was the biggest mistake I ever made to request them for assistance in debt counselling. I will never recommend this company to anybody struggling with debt.
