Loan settlement

I had a debt restructuring for Capitec loan with Meerkat. Few days before the 15th of January 2025 i emailed them to request a settlement arrangement with capitec so that i can go and pay off the loan and they indicated that they no longer handle my account with Capitec and i should go there to settle the account and provide them with paid up letter so that they can clear me. After settling the account with Capitec and requested paid up letter, they told me that they cannot give it to me since then they have a contract with Meerkat and they will send it to them. I dont know who is lying between Capitec and Meerkat because the account have been settled and i have sent Meerkat proof that the balance is R0.00 for my loan but none of their consultant respond to my emails. I have attached proof that the loan have been paid up even though Capitec refuses to send me paid up letter as they claim that they have to send it to Meerkat. Even regardless of the fact that they stopped arrangement with Capitec, no one communicated with me until i requested to settle the account. Honestly speaking, your service is very bad.
