Kindly update my YALU account with credit bureaus

Good day,

Can you kindly assist...desperately need your help. I know you have taken over yalu insurance and my yalu account was transferred to you.

I have checked my credit report and it shows that i am still paying YALU an amount of R555 of which am no longer paying that amount. My credit report has not been updated and i cant get ahold of YALU. This is affecting my credit record negatively as this amount contribute to my total expenses shown on my credit report.
