You are a Debt Review company. The week of the 10th Dec you phoned me and asked if you could do the debit order on the 17th instead of 25th. I said no and worked my budget accordingly as we do not get paid early. You sent notification that you would not debit it early. Your incompetence and unprofessional service did not adhere to ny instruction and you went ahead and debited the account. You have zerod my account. I sat for 2 hours holding yesterday that you would answer your phone. Your sctions are ******* and goes against the Law.
