Horrific experience - Meerkat Debt Review

It has been the biggest mistake to be under debt review with Meerkat. They debited accounts prior to the arranged date. They send statements stating you are paid up and months later they just pull up shoulders and say they made a mistake you need to pay more. Then promise to pay it back but never do. They promise Clearance certificates which they do not send. They stated in the beginning that a disability insurance was attached to the debt review but when it was needed when my late husband went on medical disability they suddenly denied it. Their management is even worse. They answer their phones not by identifying themselves but just by saying "Hallo"Absolutely no professionalism!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
