I reached out on the 21/06/2025 to have my debt review flag removed. Fadwah contacted me and was super helpful and efficient. She kept me updated every step of the way and I received my clearance certificate on the 01/07/2025. They still need to send it off to the credit bureaus but the turn around time so far has been exceptional compared to other companies in the industry
