Funeral cover canceled with no reason given
I'm a very unhappy client, I have a funeral Policy with Meerkat, twice in a row now receiving smses that my policy has been canceled without any explanation but every month they debiting on my account, their customer service number one hold forever without any assistance.

01 Jul 2025, 12:01An update 11:43 Lizen from Meerkat called me saying they canceled my policy because I missed a payment in 2017 July, yet they have been debiting my account for a good 8 years after the said missed payment, now I requested her to send me proof she said I must request for it, I requested her her manager she said no manager is available, wow Meerkat wow, is this how you planning to **** me?
