Frustrating Debt Counselor

I need help with taking my name OFF Debt review that was taken on 2021 August, The Debt review could not proceed because i had to cancel it and continue paying my debt as I had been doing. When I called Meerkat the company that was assisting me, they indicated that they did cancel it and informed all the debtors that were indicated on the debtor's. I am currently paying my own debts and never did any transactions with Meerkat. I started with the process of clearing my name as per the advised from National Credit Regulator. I am currently being assisted by National ITC Consulting, apparently, the Debt Counselor (Meerkat) that put me into this does not want to issue the clearance/ hand over my file they are busy giving NITC the company assisting me with this process an invoice saying that I owe them R7 733.75 which was never mentioned to me before (see attached invoice). After 12 months of me canceling their service and been paying my debts directly the say I owe them. .

I asked during the cancellation and they said no I do not owe anything since I didn't even use the service.

Their invoice has no Company Logo, no stamp how am I supposed to know if this is not *****. I am still trying to resolve what they had put me in and now they are making the situation even worse.
