Dissatisfied

Very disappointed. No breakdown provided beforehand. Had to keep asking what for an update. To make matters worse when they finally told be the debit order is set not all debt was included. They charge you a crazy amount for their debt insurance seems its the way for them to get more money from you. I just want to cancel before they even begin and I was looking forward to them assisting me but sadly they could not deliver.
