Disappointing Service from Meerkat debt collectors

Meerkat has terminated my debt review earlier on this year, after which I did let them know that I am without a job, they adviced to freeze my account for 3 months, however before a decision was even send to me, they cancelled my debt review, I have wondered what happened with the account to be frozen for 3 months, as I did let Meerkat know that I am without a job and will not be able to pay the installment. ever since this happend I am battling with the accounts that was on debt review. Meerkat has really left me in an ackward position.
