Clearance Certificate

Meerkat refuses to hand over my profile to another company(a company I signed up with)for clearance. I don't even know how they got my profile because I just inquired to find out how much the price is, I did not even make any payments and yet she keeps harassing me saying she won't transfer my profile and it will remain on debt review. Is this what customer service has turned into.... Because I have all the Prescription letters with me
