Clearance certificate

I was under debt counsellor.I contacted Meerkat lawyers who advised me to pay up all my accounts and close them so they can be able to apply for the clearance certificate.I was charged less than I expected and my name was cleared within 10 days and the clearance certificate was sent to me via my email.
