Asigned to a program i never agreed on

Hi my Name is Onkgopotse Moteka i am now under debt review profile that i can't even get myself out of due to one of the Meerkat Consultant names: Mthuthuzeli whom is no longer a Meerkat but handed my documents without my knowledge and assigned me to a program that have never helped but now blocking me from having my freedom..... When i asked the company Meerkat to send me those documents they claim i signed they want me to pay an amount of R5000 to release them and they they say they can't remove me i have to pay them. I want my name out of that program and removed because how am i even a member when i haven't even made any contact to you guys for month and there is no single payment under my name?

I need proof showing where i have signed that application, i need to see that signature
