Appalling service

I have joined this company a few months ago. Upon joining, they asked if I would like to take their credit protection or stay with the individual companies and I opted to stay with the individual companies however they had went ahead and cancelled it with my credit providers and billed me for theirs. I left it as it was already done and I had no idea I will be retrenched so wasn’t too concerned. Now that I have been retrenched, they are looking for every Redon not to pay my creditors knowing very well I do not have an income. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They in no way assist with alleviating debt stress but instead add to the stress. They are the most unprofessional bunch. So much so they even sent me someone else’s details. I am so disgusted with them. All they want is your money or the little you have! Pathetic.
