Worst Service Ever
On the 20th of July 2021 I submitted a script for chronic medication for my daughter. Today it is the 26th of July 2021 and we still have not received the medication. I have been calling everyday since the 20th to find out the status of the medication. Today I get told that it will take 4 working days. They say it will arrive on the 29th of July 2021. This is way more that 4 working days from the 20th of July 2021. And this is not a tracksuit that I ordered. It is something that has to do with a human being's life who has a history of being hospitalized because of her condition. I am not sensing urgency and I am sending incompetency.
