Unconscionable conduct by Medipost

Beware of this organization. They overcharge customers or receive payments from medical aid societies and then keep quiet about the fact that they are holding funds on your behalf. I was informed (in passing) that there was a credit on my account which should be refunded. I duly filled in the relevant forms and submitted it to Medipost only to be told that I now had to furnish proof of my overpayments. Unconscionable!
