Three calls, no medication- TERRIBLE SERVICE

Hi, on the 21st of October 2015, my mum's medication was supposed to be have been delivered to us from medipost. The message was received, but no medication arrived. When we called to enquire, four different people are telling us that they are unsure of where the parcel is. My mum is a chronic patient, she needs her medication. What is going on? Medipost, I am terribly disappointed in you because if something does happen to my mum, I will and am blaming you guys since there is no decency to even let us know that your delivery will be late. Pathetic Indeed!
