SUPER OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I could not believe the outstanding service I received from Florah as one of my elderly patient called me Sunday the 22/02/2015 to report that he has ran out of insulin and on Monday morning when I made a follow up his medication his treatment was only scheduled to go out on Wednesday but Florah understood the impact of the old man staying few days without insulin and she made sure that he got his treatment same day.<br> To my pleasant surprise the old man got his medication within 5 hours of my interaction with Florah<br> <br> Thank you Florah for the outstanding service.<br>
