STELLAR SERVICE

Hi,

I have been using Medipost Pharmacy for quite a while now and have never had a single issue. What spurred me on to write this review was their stellar service this time round. I was down to my last few tablets on my chronic script which, even though they reminded me that it was my last repeat...I was a bit slow on obtaining a new script. On Tuesday 10.04.18 I finally made my way to my GP and got the script. Wednesday morning I called in to Medipost to confirm the mailing address etc. The lady who helped me was so friendly and pleasant. I asked if they could please mark my delivery as urgent to which she informed me that it would be done. Today, Friday 13.04.2018 I received my first delivery. I was amazed at how fast they had managed to get me my medication.

Its so refreshing to have a company go above and beyond for their clients. I have never (or should I say very...VERY few times) received this level of customer service.

Medipost, you clearly are a well oiled machine with dedicated workers and proper procedures in place. You deserve much more recognition for your efforts.

I have no doubt that you will continue to serve your clients well. Job extremely well done.
