Quick delivery and good communication

The pharmacy let me know that the current chronicle medication I was on, wasn't being fully covered by my medical aid anymore and that I would have a co-payment. I sent them an email to as for a generic version of the medicine, after they let me know that the medicine was already on its way. They cancelled delivery of the co-payment medicine and got the generic medicine delivered the same day without any hassles. Great job Medipost Pharmacy
