Poor service

A very useless pharmacy. I have been trying to call them since 8h00 this morning, they promised to call back and never did. I desperately need a medication for my daughter who has epilepsy. I am with this pharmacy because of our useless medical aid called GEMS. Now my daughter doesnt have medication because of their incompetency. A script was emailed to them on Friday but they are telling me today that it cannot be delivered. The lady I spoke to after holding on for hours promised to call back she never did. As I type this email I am holding on for almost 36 minutes for them to answer cos I know they will not return my call. So annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
