Pathetic service which I pay for each month on time, but my medicines are always late.

I received poor service for a couple of month already, my chronic medication always arrives late. I'm over 4 days due for my medication, and today I phone them and tells me my package was return without a reason. How pathetically in a time of crisis that we all face.
