Pathetic Service for a Diabetic Member!!!!!!!
My Dad's Diabetic Meds have not delivered for the month, and today is the 29th June'23. We usually receive the delivery the 2nd week of the month, but this month, nothing to date! Is this how Medipost treats Its Members?? (GEMS) He's Diabetic, 83yrs and has literally ran out of Tablets as we speak, is this the Service he pays for?
I'm utterly disappointed in the Service.
