Pathetic medipost does it again. Useless and Incompetenant

So medipost is the most *********** company I have ever been intorduced to. For the past few months they messed up my delivery address and they cant even note it on their systems to ask where to deliver. Unfortunately with the times we live I have a work time table that changes on a monthly basis. But none the less for that they have been delivering at the same address for 4 months now as I had an amputation and I have not been at work since August.

I needed my medication on the 1st of Nov 2022 and its today the 4th after yesterday speaking to one of the guys at the pharmacy to confirm delivery for today at my home address and they still go and f*ck it up with royalty. Having the audacity to tell me no the delivery will not take place today.

Its a pity that they the only pharmacy that provides the certain diabetic medication and consumables that I used. Its actually pathetic.

I have demanded toi speak to the manager not just once and every time the spin their words and dont put me through to him. I hope you find this post on hello peter mr manager and see how useless your service is and *********** your staff is to issue medication to a diabetic who has ran out of the supply of the intended delivery and your staff keeps covering up their bull**** with petty excuses and no action to delivering the service. I advise you look into changing your system and very soon. I will be addressing this matter as medical malpractice and will report it to the necessary m,edical institutes for investigation.
