Pathetic

Honestly this is the worst service in a long time I have received from medipost.

So lets start with two months ago I was in hospital with a heart condition and asked the please to deliver my chronic medication urgently as the items I order can only be supplied by medipost pharmacy which is sorry. Insulin pump cartridges and infusion sets together with cgm sensors are item normal medical industry does not stock. They blatantly ignore the matter as urgent and when phoned to follow up there was nothing done until I started getting rude.

The last month I ordered the items on time and they messed up the quantities on the delivery, after contacting them and making them aware of this they sent me a new parcel still wrong and short delivered on items. A third correction delivery had to be sent because of their absolute incompetence.

Last week I ordered my medication early so I could have it this week before the election day as I will require it by then. This morning I mailed them and asked where is my invoice for the co-payment just to be told the order was never processed. Why the hell do I order my stuff early and they still manage to mess it up. I would not even give a one star rating. We need a competition pharmacy to open and take all their business as they don't care about the service in the health industry or that they are toying with peoples lives who actually depend on the medication items. I should in fact take this further to medical boards and see what can be done about the absolute disgusting lack in responsibilities.
