Over promise and under deliver

Today I called to check up on the delivery of my 4 year old daughter's chronic medication, that without that medication she will get sezuires which is fatal. The pharmacy confirmed delivery will only happen on Monday and there's nothing further they can assist with.

Yesterday when called medipost I was told by Melissa ref MP264040/065 that I was to expect delivery today

There was a delay due to payment of the excess medication amount which I requested a debit order for now to prevent this delay. I have paid and sent pop to the relevant email

When called yesterday they told me the payment has not yet been allocated and will do so as priority

Melissa told me that she will escalate my delivery so I receive the delivery today

The pharmacist today advised that she will check with the courier company today on mail if they have a driver to deliver tomorrow , I asked if she can phone to get a quicker response, she advised me no. I asked when should I callback to follow up, she said she will call me I must not call her. I then asked if she doesn't call back what does that mean, she said she will call back once the courier is confirmed

I'm very concerned that I don't have medication for this weekend and was promised that I will get it today by Melissa. I can't afford this additional cost to purchase as I'm a single parent

Pls assist me urgently
