Non existence customer service

Sent claims for refund with proof of cash payment about 2months ago but never received any correspondence from them not even acknowledgement of receipt of email. When I called them they sent me from pillar to post with no resolution. I resent email but still nothing. I just feel this is disrespect and lack of sense of duty.
