Non existant service
Spoken to the pharmacy twice today. On the first call, I was told my wifes medication was declined, then told by another person that it has not been declined and will be dispatched tomorrow. The second call, was to tell me that they will only authorize one bottle of the eye drops my wife needs and we need to pay for the second one. The also tell me that I have run out of funds for one of my medications, this all a day before they are to be dispatched. Before this, they at contacted us a couple of days before so we could get things sorted, but oh no, not today. Service in this pharmacy has gone down the tubes.

30 Sept 2020, 11:02Its amazing that you guys are still running. Before I received a call from your "customer services", I was called to say that my medication, that "I had no funds for", has suddenly been put on for dispatch, as we had a "credit". I then get the call from your "customer services" to say that it will not be dispatched as the funds have run out. Maybe you guys need to go back to training on how to give customers the correct information before you call them. Right now, its a case of opening your mouths before your brain is in gear. By the way, I am glad that I am not the only one who is having issues with your incompetence.
