No urgency from Medipost for life threatening medication!!!!

Medipost is a courier Pharmacy that is meant to deliver all medication including chronic, life depending medication however I get a far better response from Takealot or any other non-essential courier company than Medipost. Their response to queries is pathetic. it takes them a week before responding to queries and often have to be reminded. There is no urgency from Medipost for potentially life threatening medication queries.
