Negligence

Started out very helpful, and have always been happy. but now.... late delivery, no excuses, apparently delivery driver also had a breakdown...

These are not cheap pills, and all of them are critical if not chronic. Withdrawal starts fast with massive side effects due to the nature of the pills.

Delivery already 3+ days late to my gf. This is nothing less than ******** negligence. Never mind consumer negligence. You're not the only company and this is very bad.

A complaint will be made with the SAPC. You charge through the roof for medication. What exactly are you going to do when the NHI comes into effect?

Can you imagine someone is on critical heart medication and you deliver 3 days late, only for the person to have already passed away... Can you imagine that cost?
