Multiple Cracked insulin cartridges

I received my medication on 30 April. Part of my medication is Ryzodeg insulin cartridges. When I changed a cartridge and injected it, I noticed a leak and upon investigation saw a crack on the carriage. So I replaced it with another one and saw it was cracked as well.

This is now the 3rd time I received cracked Ryzodeg cartridges. It is always the cartridges that are packed loose and not part of a sealed pack (I receive 12 cartridges, thus I receive 2 sealed packs of 5 and then 1 box with 2 loose cartridges, and it is always the loose ones that are cracked.)

This place me in a very bad position as I just receive enough insulin for the month, and previously one of the cartridges that was damaged were not replaced so I ran short. This can pose a serious health issue for me.
