Please could you retrieve the above mentioned call. I would like to compliment the consultant on her outstanding dedication to customer service and going the extra mile. After numerous calls and frustration I finally found a consultant with a passion for serving and setting the standard for customer service. She certainly is an example of what customer service is meant to be and should be used as an example in your company after reflecting efficiency, empathy and finding a resolution.
