Medipost's is causing defaults on mental health patients

I am a Gems medical aid client and I have a dependent with a serious mental health condition(schizophrenia) to be exact, he is on chronic medication and we depend on MEDIPOST PHARMACY to deliver his medication on time to prevent his relapse and possible violent episodes. His new script for his medication was sent to them on the 28 of March and marked as an emergency because the psychiatrist had added new medication that he needed to start with immediate effect. I have been calling Gems and MEDIPOST PHARMACY every day to enquire about the delivery of the urgent medication since the 28 of March, every day they have been saying they will deliver tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Today is the 6th of April and brother has been out of medication for nearly 10 days, he is not coping, we've had to lock him up in his room for fear of our own safety, at this rate medipost's incompetence is forcing us to call the police and have him committed to a mental health facility all because they are deteriorating his helth by not delivering his medication on time. We went to enquire about the price if we bought it cash at the pharmacy but found out it costs upward of R5000 which we can't afford. I feel as though they are payed every month to do harm to their clients instead of delivering the services they are payed for.
