Medipost - Worst Service Ever

I've had problems with prescriptions with Medipost since December. I have to struggle to get medication from Medipost and it seems like nobody knows what they're doing there. I just had another experience with Senzi who was the worst of them. She kept putting me on hold without even telling me. I initially thought the phone call had been cut off. She them proceeded to tell me that the prescription I'm enquiring about is not valid because the date is not clear (the year) and that I must get another one from the doctor. This was the second prescription that I had sent in that Medipost had issues with. Somebody received this prescription when I sent it on the 4th of February and did not even bother to contact me and tell me that they can't see the date on it clearly. I eventually spoke to the Pharmacist on duty, Victor who assisted me and was professional but couldn't confirm when it would be dispatched. Medipost is the worst service I've ever had and it's unacceptable. It's not a favour you're doing for people, it's a service that is paid for.
