Medipost- WORST PHARMACY EVER!
On Thursday 17.6.21, I emailed a new prescription to Medipost & Momentum and requested delivery of my medication as soon as possible. On Monday, Chanetelle of Medipost phoned me confirming the same things they confirm every 6 months, and I told her that I needed my supplies URGENTLY as I HAD RUN OUT OF NEEDLES. I sent an irate email first thing this morning but I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MEDICATION. ARE THEY WAITING FOR ME TO DIE FROM MY DIABETES BEFORE THEY HAVE TO SUPPLY ME??? Medipost are the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am reporting them to the South African Pharmacy Council. IF IT TAKES THEM MORE THAN 5 WORKING DAYS TO DELIVER MEDICATION, THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THEIR PROFESSION!
