Medipost lack of service.

Went to see the doctor for blood pressure medication. A prescription was arranged with medipost. After a week and a half I still hadn't received my medication. Phoned the doctor's office, they mentioned that I wasn't the first one for the week with this problem. Another week passed, was finally called on Monday.

The lady said I'd get my prescription within 3 days. Now on the 4th day, they try to deliver just after 06:00 at my office. I told them to come back after 08:00, because the CSIR doesn't allow visitors before 07:00. By 14:00 I phoned them to find out when they are planning on delivering my medication, and they now want to delay it with yet another day.

This is not just some headache medication, this is actually a chronic medication for blood pressure, so it would seem logical that this is important.

Their staff acts like I'm inconveniencing them and that I have to adjust my schedule according to them. The medical aid pays for this, so it's not like their doing me a favour, it's their job.
