Medipost is completely unreliable

We have been forced by our Medical Aid Fund to use Medipost for chronic medication for a couple of years, but it has never been a pleasant experience.

At first, we tried their delivery option but IF they managed to deliver, it was usually to the wrong address (even when confirming the delivery address several times), or some of the medication would be missing or short supp****. They even sent our medication to Finland once!

Because the delivery option is so unreliable, we have to take time off work every month to sort out our medication. Most of the time it is a long wait - most recently we had to wait for over an hour because a trainee was dealing with our prescription. On top of that, something is always out of stock - promises are then made about delivering the missing meds, but that never happens and we end up having to go back to them a second time to collect.

If you need critical chronic medication, save yourself a lot of anguish and use another pharmacy - these people have no interest in getting your medication to you before you run out. In the past, we have had to wait for up to two weeks for them to supply certain medication.
