Medipost ignores my email communication

Today I was given yet ANOTHER reason to hate the fact the I am forced to get my chronic medication from Medipost.

I am forced to collect couriered medication from a doctor's surgery. It's not my own doctor, its some random other doctor. Every year, in December, I have to request an early delivery of the December medication, as I go on holiday, and there is no random delivery office near where I go.

On Monday 27 November, I emailed a pharmacist assistant, and requested an early delivery. My email was ignored.

On Tuesday 5 December, I emailed customer care, my email was ignored.

Today (12 December), I phoned, as I need my meds by the 14th. Nothing had been processed. The pharmacist assistant I spoke to told me that I shouldn't email at this time of year. If that's the case, why don't you at least do us the courtesy of an auto-reply, saying replies might take longer (or be ignored entirely)? And what about the direct email I sent to the assistant on the 27th? Surely the excuse of too much email cannot be used there?

I absolutely despise the fact that I have to use this service provider, if you can, avoid them at all costs!

And here we are, one year later, and I still despise dealing with Medipost, because, once again, I have to do all the work twice! I emailed my new script, and asked for a new collection point for December (they finally have one bear where I go for holiday), but 20 days later, I had to phone in and ask for my neds to be sent. Spent ages on the phone, and had to repeat EVERYTHING I had said in my email. Why do you even bother having email if you force people to give you all the details again over the phone??

Utterly useless!!!
(Don't even bother with copy and paste answer, I've seen it on all the complaints about you!)
