Medipost bad service

The message is on behalf of my aunt,her profile number is #572269. Yesterday,09 May 22, she sent a request for her chronic medication be delivered at home,and she gave them the address. The response that came in this morning,was for to collect the meds at Gezina Galleries, whereas she requested for delivery due to the operation that she had on Thursday,05 May 22. She is currently due for her chronic medication and she's not in Pta, she's with my mom hence the request for delivery. We tried calling on 012. *** and a 087 number and nobody is picking up the calls,we tried on several occasions. It's as if Courier Pharmacy doesn't care about people's lives,if it's a request,then they should know that it's a serious matter, nobody forces them to do something,or do they also want favours from the clients. My aunt needs her medication,and she requested delivery.
