Lack of urgency

Medipost does not have an idea of what urgent mean. I submitted my prescription on Monday and was told that it takes 48 hours to process and deliver. I called on Friday to follow up and made them aware that I don’t have medication, the Pharmacist said I must pay R50 since medications is not on list of Medical aid, I paid immediately and emailed proof of payment, called again to follow up, she seemed to understand it’s urgency. I have not recieved my medication untill now, I asked them to e mail my script Si that I can get from my local pharmacy, I was told that it was already charged. They don’t care even if a person can relapse. I will not recommend use of Medipost for urgent medication.
