Incompetence

They don't send proper statements or brochure for the upcoming year. This poor service of them makes doctors/medical service providers claim any how even for services they didn't provide and you can't argue because you don't know what was paid for. I have even asked them for a breakdown of the services that one doctor claimed to have provided, claiming R6000,00+ at once but they never responded. They have never responded I only got automated response that they received the enquiry and that was 6months ago. Gems has become so *********** I'm even ashamed of having it as medical aid.
