Ignoring patients and understaffed
Walked in. Pharmacy full of patients waiting. 11 counters, but 1 pharmacist working, but ever so slowly (waited almost 5 minutes before she started helping patients). Another person sitting at a counter blankly staring at his computer, ignoring the patients. Get your act together Medipost
