Hi, I am really dissatisfide with the service that I am receiving from Medipost. Every month there is another problem and I have to call the pharmacy time and again and spend my cell minutes on the *****ns that Medipost has caused. If they are not sending the medication incorrectly the meds are late. When you phone and they put you through to the pharmacy you have to hold on for ever and then nobody answers the phone, or you just get cut off. Then I have to phone again and again. How can they claim medication from my medical aid and not send me the medication, if it is out of stock or not available why dont they phone or email me in advance, after all I am paying them for there service.
