Going THAT extra mile doesn't go unnoticed

Edmond Lehong from MediLogistics provided an exceptional service to me yesterday where he simply went out of his way to ensure that I received my medication... Firstly he called me from his private cellphone using his own airtime and remained patient with me throughout the day because I could not take his calls. He went above and beyond the call of duty even opting to deliver afterhours. He also kept me up to date on what his actions would be and after delivering my parcel he again called me to notify me that I can collect my parcel from the drop off point...
